  If you're interested to know how...
  Remove the wallpaper mod.
  Open up the tconfig client without starting your server.
  Go into Single Player and load your World.
  Save and Exit. NPC GONE!! Poof...
  Start the server!!.

    I'm not running a server, I can't get the NPC out of the single-player game. It's not a big deal since the world was created just to test some other stuff and will likely be trashed anyway. But still, seems that if no NPC spawns and no tiles are used, you should be able to just remove the mod.

    Sonuvagun. I *know* I tried this like 10 times before. Tried it again, and it worked. I guess the difference this time was that I turned it off by editing Config Mod.ini before starting the client.
