        Smelly O'l HERO was a jerk and all the epic modders left and formed CMHQ, while HERO thinking he could do it alone, kinda regrets is now, you know, because he cant mod? I'm gonna miss the randomization, even if it was too hard on HARDmode, it sure was fun, maybe if they added more drops for better creatures such as Omnir's mod did, people would like fighting more, or make weaker mobs too.

        Well, sum up every bonus it gives and you'll notice it's pretty OP instead. It's like a well fed buff while friendly players are around and if you notice the stats it gives, it's already way more effective than that buff.

        Maybe, hard to tell until we've all played with it, but I for one would rather a star cloak, a specter boot, or most accessories, and even a few modded ones than that. Maybe it could make you glow as a bonus, or your stats but with more defense boost? It would probably fit in with pre-hardmode but it's Terraria's fault for the accessories being so essential. :O

      Tell me Oh wise one, do you use tconfig for Modding or do you do your own thing? If so, how far can you get with tconfig? I know I asked a while ago and things like events and whatnot couldn't be done right? You probably don't know everything about tconifg, but can tconfig dramatically change a world or... add ... "dimensions" or layers? could tconfig completely undo hardcore at all?

        Fun thing, these are some ideas we also had while working for Reborn, but changing the world's height and width seems a problem (not code-wise, but it can pretty much mess up a lot of biome detection codes and things like these). The portals might be a nice idea IMO, but I have no idea how much good Obsidian's one works right now.

        Hm, maybe the portals can be tied to location. Like there is a natural barrier at the top of the world of course, defeat a boss, and a portal appears near the top somewhere.

        Not sure if a smooth transition is possible, but it could make it seem like the world height is increased, when in reality you're in a new place. You have to go back through the portal to go back, but it would be very uh... smooth.
