    If you're having trouble making your character fly, just use this: wingtime=* (ps: not 100% sure about that code, but I know it uses wingtime.)

    Don't stress it man.. you've helped so many people do awesome things.. you've helped me a ton and people will get to share the fruits of that when I release my map... and you've already contributed a lot.. Dual wielding was huge! and still is the best mod to come out yet.

    I can surgically paste in codes, edit some cs variables, and read stuff okay and I can sow it back up, but I can't write anything new yet. :/

    For this to happen honestly it would need to be a gift as with the Dark Souls mod help. But no worries either way. Would be a cool tool for the mod. But only put in further thought if it's something that you'd like to see happen for the mod.

    On a related note, I think the mod's going to be pretty great. I will be posting a mod thread after release of the map, and I'll continue to update the mod with your much anticipated work and CMHQ stuff as time goes on. I was also thinking about making some generic random worlds with demon altars scattered about so people can play the mod in classic form as well.

    lol, yeah.. That probably won't add to many clues, unless there is a link to a wiki of sorts. My advice.. use Tconfig instead.. there is a good framework up and most people prefer using it rather than a standalone mod.

    I second Tim on that advice , tConfig does offer a lot of compatibility and work is 'much' faster around it , despite not being able to do 'everything' , 'everything' seems to able to be done by a workaround.

    Oh btw, you don't need to make the sprites, that's where I come in action. You just need to tell me what to call them since there are two projectile sprites, I suppose.
    Also some minor thing; Slashes fade out and become a little smaller.

    There are no sprites for the Valmanway's swings. Sure, the item icon has one but the swings are polygon based.

    run checks on the player bufftype array and compare it to the type of buff you look for.

  so I'm a fanof your mod work and was wondering if you have ever tried to makean armor set effect that regenerates your health similar to Band of Regeneration. I'm trying to do that now, however my coding is not working. do you know how i could write it?

    to make an ermor set bonus , you would need to use the 'setbonus' method , and make a 'player.lifeRegen+= 2;' or some other number in it.
    the 'lifeRegen' value of a band of regeneration is 1.

    awesome! it totally worked. i looked back and as it turned out i wasn't using the "+" sign before the "=", which just told the game nothing at all. with the "+" it works like a charm. thanks!
