Your right - there isn't. And yes, there is a difference. When I tested spawning from bricks, no spawning occured from using JUST Dungeon bricks....
Nope. Tried that, monsters didn't spawn if the walls AND bricks were not together... And Biomes are also triggered by depth. Such as the Cavern...
So the walls of the Corruption can make the biome? Can the walls spread corruption as well and do they count toward the corruption limit for...
Well we know that both Dungeon Bricks and Natural Dungeon Walls are needed for them to spawn, so maybe player placed might do the same trick.......
Since ShadoW noted the difference with Player placed walls and biome related ones (AKA what originally spawns in the dungeon) then you should be...
I was able to make a home out of Ash in hell (had to place walls thou) so it's possible to make a home within the premade dungeon...
Then there should be no way for dungeon enemies to spawn with only the bricks without the walls. Out of all the biomes in the game - Dungeon...
Since walls usually affect spawns (in the case of a natural dungeon biome) I wonder if it's different for player placed bricks. I'll double check...
