King Slime farming tutorial(with world save file)

King Slime Farming!
This thread is supposed to help everyone who is having trouble with getting the King Slime to spawn.
Here's the screenshot of my King Slime farm:

There are five King Slimes, 4 on the left and 1 on the right. That's why I made it on both sides, they don't always spawn on one side(like lots of people on Youtube have said).

Quick tutorial:
1.
1)Create a small world
2)Walk to the edge of the world(I've tried it on both sides, it doesn't work as good on the dungeon side, still works though..
3)Construct a small base and lava traps(Thin layers of lava if you want to farm items(Easy way to get Archeologist's hat)
4)Use the Speed Glitch(Tutorials below)
5)Check back in game every once in a while, and kill the slimes. (Water Candles help.)
6)?!?!?!?!
7)Profit.

2)Walk to the right until you see a house(the one that's on my screenshot)
3)Use steps 1.4 - 1.7

If the bed isn't working just walk to the right from your spawn point until you see a house(the one on my screenshot). It's a small map so it won't take too long.

Thanks for the like. I'm sure there are better ways to farm them, but this also gets you the Archeologist's hats and lots of gold, since the lava doesn't destroy any items.
I got about 5 full Ninja Sets in 1-2 hours!
The best thing is that you can just be alt tabbed and check back once every 20-30 minutes.

Oh, you might want to include in the first post the location of the base.

I thought that orange bit meant walk to the right of the house

Did you spawn inside the house or did you need to walk to the right from spawn?

I had to walk from the original spawn to the right.

Ok, just asking, because if you would have spawned at the beds then I could remove the orange bit completely.
I changed it a little bit, hopefully it's more understandable now.

Yeah just ask one of the forum mods, they should move it.

Keep in mind that if you aren't using Frame Skip, you can spend hours at this per King Slime. It can take 5-8 in-game days (depending on your luck, start praying to the RNG gods) to get a King Slime to show up.

Wait, is this speed glitch some sort of exploit? Is it against the rules or something to abuse it?

This setup kills them for you and you barely have to move to collect the drops

I liked the last post so I could find it again... So how do I find my 'likes'? Seems kind of useless if it's just for social lubricant. (I had to do a forum search to find this thread again)
