Making water

Does this glitch still exist? I'd like to make a pool of water for protection against being on fire, and would like to play with some lava for traps, but it's taking forever if I go one bucket at a time.

The infinite water glitch? I'm 99.9999% sure that has never been patched, as this game hasn't been updated in months, and never in the patch notes have I seen a "fixed infinite water glitch".

Yeah, most of them still exist.

The water glitch is still possible on slow servers. All they did was change a value to make it register faster. So it's slightly harder.

Just use a pump on a one sec. timer.

Wait. I'm pretty sure if you, -Ice, are on fire, you will create a pool of water. Essentially you are your own protection against fire o3o

Well if you have to get technical about it, yea!
And Terraria should have a way to make water by putting a torch by snow blocks

That would end in tears in many situations for me.
