Try reinstalling the game. Thats like the tip of weird, you probably did something wrong. EDIT: IE having both chrome and firefox installed
1) Nice old tConfig. 2) Nice old mod. 3) Nice polish error. So, update tConfig, *try* rebuilding the mod. You have like 20% chance to get it to work, it's just too old. Or maybe that was Obsidian mod that was that much outdated.
