also once you are ingame it will ask you to register you need to type/register (password)
then you have to type/login (password)
if you do not type in the right password it will kick you out of the server!
once you have done this it will let you kill build ect. ect.

also most commands are op only so dont get your hopes to high (this server runs http://tmod.us/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=175 )
