Well if I could go back really far I would use it to save people. Like I would stop the Kennedy assassination and 9/11 Etc. etc. And I would use it to do my school so I have plenty more time. I would also save people from serial killers like if I see a serial killer on the news I just rewind time and stop the murder. I'll be like Zilean from League of Legends!
Talk to people. Pause time in mid sentence, laugh at how stupid they look because everyone looks stupid when they talk.

Hmm....... I would pause when someone is walking, and then turn them so they walk into a wall. XD I would also pause to keep from being ninja'd on the forums. Then I would watch every single Star Wars movie without wasting time, then watch all the Pirates of the Caribbean movies without wasting time.
