Why isn't there a mac version?!

I am getting a MacBook Pro for Christmas, I am devastated that there isn't an official, Legit version of Terraria! It would definitely boost sales! Surely Mac should come before Xbox?

Nope, the game's code language makes it stupidly glitchy and broken as far as I heard, and since Red left the game development, its not likely the game will come to macs.

It's a massive knock to sales though..

Like Gmodlol61 said, the code wasn't designed for Macs as they have a whole new type of language that works for that software. You can still use a Mac wrapper, but it won't be the legit terraria and will be glitchy/laggy some times.

If you enjoy games, don't even get a mac.

Technical difficulties aside, Red is gone so don't be expecting an official mac version.

Of course, you could ask 504 games. Tell them your theory on sales.
